Select 1 Realty provides rental homes and property management in Pittsburg, Brentwood, Antioch and elsewhere in Contra Costa County. The company was founded by Wayne Metz.

Metz has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has been active in property management since 1981. He opened Select 1 Realty Property Management in 1990, and is committed to providing quality service and the highest standard of performance to property owners and tenants. Metz strives to attain the goals of each client by providing professional property management for their valuable real estate investments. Whether you are looking for Antioch property management, Brentwood rental properties, or real estate services in the surrounding areas, Select 1 will help you every step of the way.

Wayne has achieved many awards throughout his career, including Realtor of the Year. He was a member of the CAR board of directors for 14 years, President of the Delta Association of Realtors in both 1990 and 1995, and he served as president of Cal-NARPM (Nation Association of Residential Property Managers) in 2005.

Select 1 Realty is more then just a company. They are truly good at what they do. I am a first time renter, i am really excited and happy with my decision i made. With select 1 my first rental home was easy and affordabel. They are extremly helpfull with any of my concerns or needs... Select 1 is a company i would always recomand for anyone looking to rent a home. They never give you a cold sholder instead they are always looking for ways to better your stay.
